InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income, Inc. Announces Portfolio of More Than $125 Million

(“InPoint”), a commercial mortgage real estate investment trust (“REIT”) sponsored by Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation and sub-advised by an affiliate of Sound Point Capital Management, LP (“Sound Point Capital”), announced today that, through its operating partnership, it has now invested more than $125 million, primarily in floating rate investments, creating a diverse portfolio of first mortgage loans, CMBS and credit loans secured by office, retail, hospitality, industrial and multifamily real estate assets located across the country.
