Inland CommunicationsOak Brook, Ill. – Inland Atlantic Development Corporation (“Inland Atlantic”) announced today the completion of Avondale Hills, a 240-unit multifamily community located in DeKalb County, Georgia. Avondale Hills is a Transit-Oriented Development, located across the street from the Kensington Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) Station.
The luxury multifamily community consists of 240 units in a five story building with a structured parking deck of 340 spaces, offering every unit a balcony, smart locks and thermostats, in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, full-size dishwashers, a resort-style pool, clubhouse, outdoor kitchen, fitness center, walking trails, pet-friendly amenities, bicycle storage, storage units and a billiards room. The community includes 46 studio apartments, 137 one-bedroom apartments and 57 two-bedroom apartments situated on 2.86 acres as part of a planned development of multifamily residential apartments, houses and townhomes. Avondale Hills is 80 percent leased.
“We are thrilled to see residents enjoying their new homes at Avondale Hills,” said John DiGiovanni, president of Inland Atlantic. “The amenities are undoubtedly enjoyed, but the proximity to the MARTA Station is a favorite given the heavy traffic in Atlanta; it is the quickest way in and out of Midtown/Downtown where many residents work.”
To date, Inland Atlantic has developed more than 700 apartments, as well as one million square feet of retail. For more information on Avondale Hills, please visit: https://avondalehillsapartments.com.
