(“Inland”), announced it has assumed property management for three self-storage facilities in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and Bowling Green, Kentucky, further expanding the company’s third-party management platform across key regional markets. The three-property collection totals 1,863 units and 281,693 rentable square feet.

The 675-unit Harrisonburg property encompasses 71,563 rentable square feet. Opened in October 2023, the three-story building is comprised entirely of climate-controlled units and features three separate loading entrances, including a loading dock for large trucks, two elevators, spacious lobby areas for loading and unloading, customer push carts and a remotely monitored security system.

Located approximately two miles from James Madison University, Rockingham benefits from proximity to a major student population, new townhome developments and growing residential neighborhoods, supporting consistent demand from both student and residential customers.

The Bowling Green portfolio includes Three Springs Self Storage, a 103,670-rentable-square-foot facility with 680 units, and South Warren Storage, a 106,460-rentable-square-foot facility with 508 units. Together, both properties provide 1,188 storage units and offer customer-focused amenities including gate access, drive-up units, paved drives and leasing offices.

Situated in one of Kentucky's fastest-growing regional markets, both properties serve an area supported by strong residential growth, established commercial corridors and average household incomes exceeding $74,000, according to third-party demographic data. The addition of the Bowling Green facilities strengthens Devon's presence in south-central Kentucky and expands its ability to serve customers throughout the region.
