Devon Assumes Management of Memphis Self-Storage Facility Near Graceland

Oak Brook, IL – Devon Self Storage (“Devon”), a member of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. (“Inland”), announced today it has assumed the property management of a self-storage property located in Memphis, Tennessee.

The two-story facility, located at 1215 East Shelby Drive and owned by Global Memphis Shelby, LLC, is comprised of 1,146 climate-controlled units and 104,873 rentable square feet. The property also features convenient loading and unloading areas, 24-hour video surveillance and access systems, a variety of storage sizes and is accessible via in-store or online contactless rentals.

The property’s ideal location at the corner of East Shelby Drive and Elvis Presley Boulevard, just down the road from Graceland, positions it in the heart of a revitalized neighborhood and recently developed commercial corridor.
