Inland Residential Properties Trust Appoints New Director
The DI Wire December 7, 2016Inland Residential Properties Trust, Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust, appointed Meredith Mendes as a member of the board of directors to fill the vacancy created by the passing of Donald Tolva on October 9, 2016. Mendes, an executive director and chief operating officer of Jenner & Block LLP, was unanimously appointed by the board as an independent director on November 29, 2016. She was also appointed as a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee and a member of the audit committee.

It always features a name-brand speaker (George W. Bush and Bruce Rauner in 2014), and this year that speaker was Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly, who is promoting her new book, “Settle for More.”
