BNN Breaking News January 09, 2024Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, LLC, a branch of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., has successfully completed the purchase of Epoch Clemson, a student housing community situated near Clemson University in South Carolina. The 994-bed property, previously under the ownership of Harrison Street, is nestled on the scenic Lake Hartwell and was first established in 2019.
