Stacey Gore-Brown is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC. Prior to joining Inland in 2025, Mrs. Gore-Brown served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Swissport and First Hospitality, where she was responsible for developing and executing all aspects of associate strategy including succession planning and development; retention and recruitment; diversity, inclusion, and equity cultural development; preemptive labor relationships efforts; and business partner counsel.
As Inland’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Mrs. Gore-Brown is responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Mrs. Gore-Brown began her career as an attorney before shifting her focus to human resources. She was in-house counsel to the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and worked in hybrid in-house counsel/human resources positions with The Albertson’s Companies and Walgreens. Mrs. Gore-Brown was also the chief human resources officer for DB Schenker Americas, a global logistics provider and supply chain company with more than 11,000 employees in 24 countries.
Mrs. Gore-Brown holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton – School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University. She volunteers and serves on the Board of Directors for Aspire Chicago, a non-profit organization working with individuals with disabilities to help shape a future of inclusivity.
Mrs. Gore-Brown was appointed by Governor Pritzker and confirmed by the State Senate to the Illinois Labor Advisory Board in 2023. She also serves on Advisory Councils for Ball State University and University of Dayton School of Law.
During her free time, Mrs. Gore-Brown, a loyal sports and dance mom, can be found cheering on her favorite student athletes, traveling with her husband and spending time with the family’s rescue mastiff.
