Tracy G. Le is the President of Inland Property Tax Services, LLC, a national property tax consultancy within The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., which she joined in 2004. With over 20 years of experience in real property taxation and state and local taxes, Ms. Le is responsible for property tax appeals, assessment negotiations, audits, multi-state compliance, and pre-acquisition tax due diligence. She also oversees tax planning and structured agreements for Inland’s extensive portfolio of commercial real estate and external clients.
Ms. Le currently manages a property tax group with a portfolio exceeding $10 billion across 44 states, spanning asset classes such as multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, healthcare, retail, corporate office, student housing, senior living, and industrial sectors. Under her leadership, Inland Property Tax Services has saved clients more than $46 million annually in taxes.
Before joining Inland, Ms. Le served as a Certified Licensed Appraiser/Property Valuation Analyst with the Property Tax Division of the Utah State Tax Commission. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Utah State University. Ms. Le is a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) with the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and is also a member of the National Property Taxpayers Association, the Taxpayers' Federation of Illinois (TFI), IAAO, ICSC, and the Illinois Government Relations Committee.
An active mentor in Inland’s Women’s Initiative Network, Ms. Le is committed to providing educational opportunities and career guidance. She is also engaged in government and community relations, closely monitoring tax legislation to advocate for changes to statutory provisions related to ad valorem taxation that benefit taxpayers. In 2019, Ms. Le was honored with a Women in Real Estate Award by Connect Media and was named a Woman of Influence in the Corporate Real Estate Executive Category by GlobeSt.com at the 2024 Women of Influence Awards.
