DAVID E. KASPRZAK

David E. Kasprzak is the Executive Vice President – National Sales Manager of Inland Securities Corporation (ISC), the broker dealer for Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation and Inland Private Capital Corporation. In this role, Mr. Kasprzak is responsible for ISC’s overall distribution strategy and sales performance initiatives. He is also responsible for the further development of the sales team, cultivating business relationships, and implementing best-in-class sales practices and campaigns.

Prior to joining Inland, Mr. Kasprzak served as a managing director at Robert A. Stanger & Company, working with existing and new alternative investment fund sponsors on the formation of new offerings, as well as developing multi-channel distribution strategies. Mr. Kasprzak has held leadership positions with RAE LLC, Forum Real Estate Group, Benefit Street Partners and Broadstone Real Estate LLC, where he sat on the firm Executive Committee and was integral in raising significant capital, growing distribution channels and developing new products. His efforts at Broadstone led to the public listing of the triple-net lease REIT Broadstone Net Lease (NYSE: BNL) in 2020. Earlier in his career, he held positions with Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Inc. and Evergreen Investments, Inc., providing investment product sales to wirehouses, independent broker-dealers and independent advisors.

Mr. Kasprzak received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
