LEADERSHIP PROFILES CATHLEEN HRTANEK

Cathleen M. Hrtanek is the Chief Operating Officer of The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC (“Inland”), a position she assumed in May 2024. As COO, Ms. Hrtanek is responsible for overseeing human resources, information technology, risk management, communications, marketing, purchasing and office management functions for Inland. Ms. Hrtanek joined Inland in 2005 as Assistant Counsel and was most recently Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President housed in the Law Department. In her capacity as Associate General Counsel, Ms. Hrtanek represents many of the entities that are part of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. on a variety of legal matters focusing her practice on real estate related securities. Ms. Hrtanek also assists with company-wide technology initiatives and law department management matters. Ms. Hrtanek continues to serve as the corporate secretary of many Inland companies, primarily those involved in the syndication of real estate related securities and is active as a Board member of various Inland entities. Prior to joining Inland, Ms. Hrtanek had been employed by Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Hrtanek has been admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and holds a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
