Inland National Development Company, LLC and Reuter Walton Development are teaming up to build Citywalk Apartments, a 342-unit market-rate community located in Rochester, Minn., approximately 85 miles south of Minneapolis. Construction will begin this month, with an anticipated completion in 2028.
