At Inland, our commitment to corporate responsibility begins with our people. We believe that fostering a supportive workplace strengthens our culture, enhances our reputation among customers and stakeholders, and supports long‑term success.
That commitment was showcased in the month of March with both International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. Inland launched a dedicated social media campaign featuring several posts celebrating the women who help shape our organization every day. These stories highlighted leadership, collaboration, and the meaningful impact women have across Inland’s businesses and communities.
A cornerstone of Inland’s support of employee development is Inland’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), which offers a range of events throughout the year designed to foster mentorship and meaningful conversations. Through WIN, employees are encouraged to connect, share experiences, and support both personal and professional development – all helping cultivate a workplace where individuals feel valued and empowered.
Inland’s commitment is reflected in our leadership, with 20% of our officers and 8% of our Board of Directors comprised of women. All these initiatives strengthen employee engagement, boost morale, and support retention by reinforcing a culture grounded in respect, opportunity, and belonging.
By celebrating our people, Inland continues to lead with purpose.
