Inland Upgrades EV Infrastructure with New ChargePoint Stations at Cirrus Apartments

By

Given the growth of electric vehicle adoption, Inland is pleased to announce the installation of five new ChargePoint EV pedestals, providing a total of ten Level 2 charging ports at Cirrus Apartments in Ashland, MA.

“This upgrade replaces the community’s previous charging stations, which had reached the end of their useful life and were no longer operating reliably,” said Barney Pullam, SVP Strategic Business Services for Inland Property Management & Leasing Group, Inc. “With most of the older ports out of service, Inland prioritized a full replacement to ensure residents once again have access to dependable, high‑quality EV charging at home.”

Cirrus Apartments is a 398‑unit multifamily community in the greater Boston area that already offers an extensive amenity package, from a resort‑style pool to a 24‑hour fitness center. The installation of new EV charging stations reinforces Inland’s commitment to providing modern conveniences that support residents’ evolving lifestyles.

The newly installed ChargePoint CPF50 stations feature ENERGY STAR®‑certified hardware, delivering efficient, durable performance. Residents can also manage their charging sessions through the ChargePoint mobile app, offering real‑time updates, flexible scheduling, and secure payment options.

By investing in this upgraded EV infrastructure, Inland continues to enhance the resident experience and deliver forward‑thinking amenities that meet evolving resident needs.
