Mark Cosenza is a senior vice president responsible for purchasing properties and involved in securing financing. Mark began his career as a vice president of property management and acquisitions negotiator. Since joining the acquisition team in 2006, Mark has acquired more than 350 properties totaling more than $7.2 billion and over 37 million square feet. Recent acquisitions include core grocery anchored assets, class A apartments (over 14,000 apts), medical office buildings and over 35,000 self-storage units.

G. Joseph Cosenza is a Vice Chairman, Director and one of the four original principals of The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC, which celebrated its 50^th anniversary in 2018. Joe has held his real estate broker’s license since 1968, the year Inland incorporated. As Vice Chairman of The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC and President of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, LLC, he currently supervises an extensive staff engaged in property acquisitions and due diligence.
