INDC then develops the Class-A product that can be positioned for long – term hold valuation, or repositioned to attract institutional investors. INDC is a full-service provider, and offers a single point of responsibility for all aspects of development projects. Our in-house team has been crafted to provide and have access to a wide scope of industry experts to generate efficiencies for our operating platform, which extends from the property level through development to the fund level.
