Purchased in 1992, Oswego Commons is comprised of 402 acres, with 335 acres of residential and 67 acres of commercial real estate. Anchored by Target and Home Depot, the shopping center also includes the following tenants: TJ Maxx, Petco, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Portillo’s, OfficeMax and Party City.

Inland Real Estate Development completed all entitlements after the purchase of the land, including annexation, Planned Unit Development and sales tax rebates.
