Landings of Lombard
Tenants include: Jimmy John’s, Floor & Décor, Red Wing Shoes
Since adding the Landings of Lombard to INDC’s portfolio of distinctive assets, the challenge has been to reposition and fully lease the center to maximize its value potential. The center currently includes a mix of national and local tenants, including Jimmy John’s, Floor & Décor and Red Wing Shoes, and is shadow-anchored by two national tenants, The RoomPlace and Restaurant Depot. The center is now well-positioned, commands strong lease activity, has pleasant curb appeal and offers additional opportunities with available flexible tenant space and undeveloped outlots. The center also benefits from high visibility signage along the I-355 tollway and sits adjacent to North Avenue, a well-traveled main thoroughfare that counts approximately 55,000 cars per day. The center is professionally managed and continues to attract interest from a variety of possible tenants. INDC is excited about the future of the Landings of Lombard and continues to tightly manage income and expenses in an effort to maximize its overall potential.
