Inland Bank Center

Tenants include: Inland Bank & Trust, Verizon Wireless, The UPS Store, Jimmy John’s, Royal Cleaners
The Inland Bank Center located in Hillside is a great example of how INDC manages a property with the goal of maximizing the property’s value at the end of the investment life cycle. By employing a proactive approach to tenant retention, INDC retained many of the businesses located in the Inland Bank Center for several years, including Inland Bank & Trust, Verizon Wireless, The UPS Store, Jimmy John’s, Royal Cleaners and a salon. This proactive approach was also exemplified when INDC recognized a need for more customer parking and acquired a 10,000-square-foot lot adjacent to the shopping center and built a new employee parking lot.
Acquired in 2005, INDC sold the retail asset in April of 2016. The company’s efforts and attention to detail in the important areas of management such as tenant relations, building upgrades and maintenance of the asset, culminated in receiving the highest possible valuation upon disposition.
