An outstanding multifamily property of 356 condominium homes located in the heart of the nationally recognized town of Naperville, Huntington was originally purchased as a potential “condominium conversion” property. When the real estate market shifted away from conversions, the rental market greatly improved offering an opportunity to capitalize on the red hot rental property market. The exit strategy was clear and the property was sold to an investment and management firm whose focus is the management and redevelopment of prime multifamily properties.
