WEST LINE FLATS

West Line Flats, INDC’s latest multifamily development project, is an under-construction, 155-unit, five-story, luxury rental property located in Lakewood, Colorado. Conveniently located 400 feet from the Lamar Station on the West Line light rail, the building will include a mix of high-end studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.  

Capitalizing on the rising rents of the central business district and central Denver neighborhoods, West Line Flats provides residents with downtown access and amenities at more affordable rates. The property will feature a host of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga room, a large dog park and pet wash, indoor bike storage areas and bike and ski repair station, electric car charging stations and co-working offices available for residents to rent. The clubhouse will feature a lounge area, coffee bar, kitchen, media wall and a cyber café, while the rooftop deck will have a covered outdoor TV seating area, two barbecues, a fire pit, a hot tub and seating for sunning and socializing. Resident parking will be provided via surface, street parking spaces and private garages.  

West Line Flats is the second residential development in Denver to be awarded an advanced designation from “Certified Healthy.”  Certified Healthy is a designation inspired by the Urban Land Institute’s “Building Healthy Places” initiative and created by a group of real estate experts who have identified a scoring system to verify the planning, design and operational components necessary to create a healthy living space.

Construction on the West Line Flats commenced in the first quarter of 2016, with an estimated completion in the third quarter of 2017.
