Timberlake exemplifies one of INDC’s core strategies of identifying assets located in well-established and dense surrounding neighborhoods that are easily accessible and well trafficked, then adding value through careful research, planning and repositioning. Since taking over Timberlake, INDC has begun to transform the once struggling, nearly 80,000-square-foot shopping center into a prime retail destination. The new facade, monument signage and parking lot lighting, along with the hands-on management approach, has started to attract the attention of national tenants such as new long-term anchor, Planet Fitness.
