From single tenant one story outlot buildings to regional shopping centers, we have a proven track record of maximizing retail real estate value.  Two examples are the Ogden Hill Center in Montgomery, Illinois and the Somers Marketplace in Somers, Wisconsin.  At Ogden Hill, we were proud to announce the grand opening of the Sam’s Club in August 2014 and are currently receiving offers for outlots as well as build-to-suit opportunities. In addititon to development experience, INDC focuses on the stabilization of distressed retail properties as well.  We have successfully employed value-add strategies to stabilize the income stream of troubled assets in several markets.
