By

Inland is pleased to announce that Northpark Village Square has renewed its Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Certified Sustainable Property (CSP) designation as of December 2025, reaffirming the Company’s commitment to responsible property operations.

The IREM CSP program recognizes excellence in sustainability best practices and is awarded to properties demonstrating strong operational performance across key areas, including energy efficiency, water management, indoor environmental health, recycling, and sustainable procurement.

Part of the Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. portfolio, Northpark Village Square is an 87,103-square-foot retail center located in Valencia, California. Serving as a community-focused shopping destination, the property is anchored by Ralphs, Wells Fargo, and Planet Fitness. Northpark Village Square originally earned the IREM CSP recognition in 2019, and the December 2025 renewal extends the certification for an additional three-year term.

Resource efficiency is a core component of Inland’s environmental sustainability approach. Through the responsible management of energy, water, and waste, Inland seeks to enhance operational resilience, support tenant success, and create long-term value for investors. The renewed IREM CSP designation at Northpark Village Square reflects Inland’s continued commitment to industry-recognized sustainability standards and ongoing improvement across its portfolio.
