Inland has published its 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report, showcasing the company's continued commitment to responsible business practices and long-term value creation across its real estate platform. The report highlights meaningful advancements in environmental sustainability, corporate citizenship, employee engagement, and governance, reflecting Inland's longstanding philosophy of "Doing Well by Doing Good."
The 2025 report features a range of initiatives designed to strengthen operational performance and stakeholder value, including energy and water benchmarking across more than 100 properties, investments in energy-efficiency improvements, enhanced climate resilience planning, and waste diversion efforts that recycled more than 12.6 million pounds of materials.
The report also highlights Inland's ongoing commitment to people and communities through tenant engagement programs, community events, charitable partnerships, employee development initiatives, and workplace wellness programs. From helping residents build credit to supporting local nonprofit organizations, Inland continues to invest in initiatives that create meaningful impact beyond its properties.
